• Visa and documentation guidance

2. Payments

• All payments are processed via IPG secure payment gateway
• Payments must be completed in full before service delivery
• All fees are final and non-refundable as stated in our Refund Policy

3. User Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information
• Submission of fake or incorrect documents may result in service termination

4. Service Limitation

• We act as a consultancy and support service provider
• Final admission, visa approval, and decisions are made by universities and authorities

5. Intellectual Property

• “Global Crest Study Abroad” branding, content, and materials are owned by Falcon Lanka Global Solutions
• Unauthorized use is prohibited
